BEIREN 40A(B) is mini web offset press of tower printing unit for newspaper designed by BEIREN independently. It is mainly used in double side printing of 4 color newspapers. The cut off size of BEIREN 40A is 546mm, and BEIREN 40B is 578mm. The advantages of BEIREN 40A(B) include high-speed, high automation, accurate registration with the capability of 2 or 4 colors printing on double sides\ red-spot printing on both sides of the newspaper. Numbers of combinations of the tower printing units with folders can meet various needs for newspaper printing with lots of color advertisement leaflet.

BEIREN 45A is designed special for newspaper printing with 4 colors on each side and various kinds of combination printings, such as 4/4 printing and 2/2 printing. It also can prints several webs simultaneously with advanced shaft-less technology. It is designed in modules to meet the needs of different customers, and it can be expended with more towers and folders with the increased pages of printings in the future.

1. There are four B-B type printing cylinders vertical arrangement in printing unit, each H printing unit equipped one servo motor control separately.  The machine has small occupation area with compact structure, which can print newspaper in double side and so on.

2. Fast plate clamping system is designed with narrow gap lock-up. This design makes plate changes fast and easy, and no tools are required.  The blanket cylinder equipped with a torsion bar via a worm-gearing for easy blanket-changing operation. Adjustments to circumferential and lateral register of the cylinders are motorized.

3. Continuous ink transfer mode is designed, and continuous speed regulation of ink roller droved by independent motor. The ink ductor roller on/off is controlled by air cylinder.

4. The spiral brush dampening system is used to keep the dampening solution clean and with a stable PH value.

5. Adopt advanced concentrating lubrication system ensure the lubricates of key position of the machine.

6. The inverter for speed regulation is used for the machine, and the PLC is employed to replace the logical circuits of relays making the electrical parts operate reliably.

7. The Graphic Operation Terminals(GOT) are equipped on the main control console, form which it is possible to monitor the operation status of the whole offset, as well as carry out the offset operation and the fault diagnosis.
